• Employers may be required to complete On-chain Identity verification before posting jobs. (Users verify their identity through Polka Identity and Polkassembly, with their verification status displayed directly on their DotJobs profile.)
• Users are encouraged to connect their wallets for trust and transparency.
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post (job listings, profiles, etc.).
• By posting, you grant DotJobs a non-exclusive license to display and share your content on the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

• DotJobs provides a platform to connect talent with opportunities but does not guarantee employment, hiring, or outcomes from job applications.
• We are not responsible for any agreements, payments, or disputes between employers and job seekers.
